All items purchased from Kitchen Tradition are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

When you make purchases from Kitchen Tradition using your major credit card, you agree to honor the terms and conditions of your cardholder agreement. Kitchen Tradition is not responsible for items lost in shipping (see "Risk of Loss")

Kitchen Tradition and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Kitchen Tradition does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Kitchen Tradition itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

By visiting Kitchen Tradition, you agree that the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Kitchen Tradition, Retailer Web Services LLC, or its affiliates.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Kitchen Tradition or to products you purchase through Kitchen Tradition shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Kitchen Tradition's or Retailer Web Services LLC's intellectual property rights, Kitchen Tradition or Retailer Web Services LLC may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Arizona, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Returnable Products are only returnable if an RMA# was obtained within (30) Thirty days of the original date of shipment. The Returnable Product must be 100% complete, in BRAND NEW and unused condition, and must be properly repacked in its original packing material and include all manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Kitchen Tradition will not accept a return of any product that is missing any manufacturer supplied accessories or if there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit.
In all instances, Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable.
Return Policy - Customer SatisfactionYour complete satisfaction is our goal, therefore we offer a return policy that ensures confidence when you order from us. Please see our return policy below if you have any questions please feel free to call our toll free customer service number at 888-99-APPLIANCE Monday through Friday between 10:00 am and 7:00 PM EST . Please be aware that no items can be returned without a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).
Please note it is important that you measure the area for your appliance carefully, numerous times. Most returns are because the customer did not measure correctly. If you have any questions or concerns about this please call a product expert at 888-99-APPLIANCE before placing your order.
Damaged Shipments
All of our shipments are 100% insured. It is important that you inspect each delivery before accepting your merchandise. If you notice your product is damaged refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Please call our customer service department immediately at 888-99-APPLIANCE and we will assist you in getting another product to you promptly and issue a RMA number. If you open the box and notice concealed damage please call customer service 888-99-APPLIANCE as soon as possible to report it. We must receive all damage claims within 7 days of receipt.
Defective Merchandise
The products that we carry include a full manufacturer warrantee of at least one year. If you get an item that is defective upon delivery that is not due to shipping damages please contact customer support at 888-99-APPLIANCE within 15 days of receipt. If your item is defective after the first use please contact the manufacturer directly. You can usually find the manufacturer information in the product literature.
Product Does Not Meet Your Needs
Please pay close attention to all product specifications and measure the product area before you order. It is important that you understand which product meets your needs and that is why our sales staff is comprised of appliance experts that are able to guide you through your purchase. If you have any questions while you are searching for an appliance call 888-99-APPLIANCE to speak to a product expert.
If you get your merchandise and it does not meet your needs please call our customer service department at 888-99-APPLIANCE within 5 days of receipt. Please remember that shipping and handling charges are not refundable and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The Returnable Product must be 100% complete, in BRAND NEW and unused condition, and must be properly repacked in its original packing material and include all manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided at the time of delivery. Any product that has been installed or an attempt has been made to install it cannot be returned.

Freight Carrier: Long distance is shipped by freight carrier. This includes delivery to your front door/curbside. If you need more options please contact us and we will accommodate you as best as possible, additional fee may apply. Please check your delivery upon arrival and if you notice any damage please refuse the delivery, note it on the bill of lading and contact us immediately at 888-992-7754.
Local Deliveries: A local delivery is any shipment made within the Tri State Area. Local deliveries include in-home delivery and one flight of stairs.

We do not collect sales tax, only in New York State. Sales tax to NYS is determined by the address to which the order is being shipped to.
